Our client is Searching for a Head of Logistics for their eCommerce Business Unit

We need someone to Lead the following;

• Define, agree, develop, and manage logistics operational performance metrics from inbound logistics to warehouse despatch on time, delivery lead time, and reimbursement time.
• Manage key stakeholders including the Beauty Category team and Logistics colleagues.
• Provide feedback to tech and product teams to be able to shape the future of the logistics operating model.
• Support in the evaluation and execution of improvements in customer experience and scaling up logistics for growth.
